These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern text message (SMS/MMS) communications between Nexus Consulting Services LLC, doing business as Nexus Venue ("Nexus Venue," "we," "us," or "our"), and you. By providing your mobile phone number to us and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Nexus Venue is a private event venue in Atlanta, Georgia offering space rental for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, and other private celebrations. We operate the following text messaging programs:
Conversational Customer Support and Booking Messages. Our staff send and receive one-to-one text messages with prospective and current customers from our business line at 678-582-9464. These are manually written messages used to respond to inquiries, answer questions about venue availability and pricing, schedule and confirm venue tours, coordinate booking details, and communicate about upcoming events. Message content varies because each message is written individually in response to your conversation with us.
Booking and Appointment Notifications. Customers who submit an inquiry or tour request through our website at book.thenexusvenue.com and provide express consent may receive automated messages related to that request, including tour confirmations, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and event coordination updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any booking with Nexus Venue.
2. How You Opt In
You may consent to receive text messages from Nexus Venue by:
Submitting an inquiry, contact, or tour request form on our website and checking the box authorizing SMS communication;
Providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call with our staff; or
Initiating a text message conversation with us at 678-582-9464.
We only send text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to be contacted by text. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from third parties for messaging purposes.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry, your booking activity, and the course of your conversation with our staff. We do not send recurring scheduled campaigns to this list.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by us and to messages you send to us. These charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by Nexus Venue. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from that number.
If you wish to resume receiving messages, reply START or UNSTOP, or contact us directly to opt in again.

7. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Nexus Venue.
8. Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Service is available in the United States only.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to provide consent to receive text messages from Nexus Venue. Our messages do not contain age-restricted content.
10. Privacy
Nexus Venue does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the Effective Date above will be updated. Your continued participation in our messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
